Views from the train
Early in the morning our train leaves Bergen for Myrdal, where the Flam train awaits us. One of the steepest train lines in the world and a looping. The landscape is spectacular, well the train itself is. The route is an incredible work of engineering. They make a technical stop at an impressive Kjosfossen Waterfall and then return to Flam on the banks of the Aurlandsfjorden.
Kjosfossen Waterfall
It is a wonderful day, a spectacular sunshine so after visiting Flam we take a walk to a nearby waterfall.

I have no words to describe the immensity, tranquility and peace that the boat trip offers you. We see seals, seagulls. Waterfalls from dizzying heights. Spectacular and essential on your trip to Norway.
We arrive to Gudvangen, we visit the Viking village. Beautiful buildings with grass roofs.
Near Gudvangen
Return by bus to the train station. The spectacular views when we crown the port and see the fjord from above. Impressive.
