In the Aragonese town of Panticosa, in Tena Valley, famous for its ski slopes, these footbridges have been open to the public since 2020 over the Caldarés river.

The route is very simple and suitable for all ages. It starts at the Panticosa cable car car park, from where you follow the signs along a path that will take you to the start of the walkways after fifteen minutes. At this point you will be given an entrance ticket and information about the visit.
Footbridges
Tip: you should allow at least 15 minutes to get from the vending machine in the gondola car park to the start of the footbridges. Bear this in mind so as not to be late, as the booking is for the footbridges, which have limited capacity and take about 20 minutes to walk along them.
We start the walk along the footbridges over the river Caldarés, spectacular. We recommend it even if you have a bit of vertigo as the installation is very safe.

Footbridges
Once you have finished the walkways (they can only be walked in one direction) you have two options: either continue to the O Calvé viewpoint or take the road back to Panticosa (shorter but you miss the rest of the route).
Ravine
If you choose the first option, you climb up to the O Calvé viewpoint, which offers spectacular views of the mountains and Panticosa, after passing two civil war bunkers.
Inside bunker
At the viewpoint there are still two old chairlifts.
Following the path we reach Panticosa again. Total walking time 1 hour.
