Today we leave Drake, we are very sad, it is an amazing place. Our boat leaves at 7.15 am for Sierpe.

A spectacular day is dawning. The idea for today is to hike the Drake Trail, one of the few free things you can do in Costa Rica.

It has been raining all night and it doesn't stop. We went down to breakfast at 5 am for a gallo pinto and some pancakes.

Today we don't get up too early. At 8 o'clock our whale watching tour starts.

The storm has passed and a spectacular day is dawning. We have breakfast and go down to the yoga platform, what a wonderful place, what a pity not to spend another night here.

Sloth

The day dawns completely clear and the sun shines. The traditional breakfast starts at 7.30 am and as we want to be at the reserve first thing in the morning, the lodge provides us with fruit, coffee and biscuits.

Views from the hostel

Like every day we get up almost at dawn. At 6.30 the woman is already preparing breakfast, gallo pinto and gallo de salchichón. This woman is a real charmer.
