Our journey begins in our hometown, Burgos. If you don't know it, visiting it is a great plan for a weekend.

Uruka Lodge

It is our last day in San José. We have a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and take a dip in the pool. We meet a Chilean couple who have taken six months to travel around the continent.

Hotel Ecological Inn

Our trip is coming to an end and we have to return to San José.

At 5.15 we have booked a taxi to go to the Caribbean Bus Terminal.

Tortuguero canals

A spectacular day is dawning but road 32 is still closed. We'll have to come up with a plan B.
